Anarchy C.D. , Chimera-Deity Mk2 MK2.2

This update fixes countless glitches and add various features aswell.
It brings the Chimera out of it's previous Beta state.

Complete Redid the Chimera Design, and Implemented Revolutionary Technology (WIP)

Custom Ingame Picture.
Changed brake pads and bias.

Added Ingame data.
Introduced a quiet gear whine sound.

-Fixed problem where if launching from a standstill, the engine would stall.
-Better Tuned Nitrous system. (Up to 500 Kw Shot)

Implemented a 75 Shot Adjustable Nitrous Oxide Injector (Not like the car needed it at all).
