Anarchy, Raider #358 1.3

Simply improved the stability of the car, and added a few new features:

-Reinforced the rear end under forceful jumps.
-Upgraded Sound system
-Remixed Engine and Exhaust sounds.
-Fixed cooling fan animations.

This is a major update, focusing on both the performance, aswell as the aesthetics of the vehicle.

Handbrake
Gas, Brake, and Clutch Pedals
Kill Switch
Blinker Switch
Twin Rear Engine Fans
Windshield Wiper (Currently Inactive)

Other improvements include:

Decreased Weight:
Was: 5,791 lbs / 2,627 Kg
Now: 5,402 lbs / 2,450 Kg

Changed Weight Distribution:
Was: 54R 46F
Now: 56R 44F

Improved Braking Distance:...

-Smoothed a few things that were rough around the edges.
-Added Gear whine Sound Effect
-Added a Suspension Sound affect (though it's very quiet)
