Anarchy, Rascal 1.4

This update is focused on the new Shifter Kart Variant, aswell as a quite a few polishes.

-Added Shifter Kart Variant
-Added New engine: Ratta 300cc
-Added New Transmission: 6 Geared Sequential
-New Geared Differential preinstalled (Only) in Ratta Engine
-Slight Aero changes (still does practically nothing)
-Stabilization improvements, eliminating the wheel-hop effect from hard braking and turning.
-Slightly better brakes and much better overall handling.
-Added @TheCrySick 's Camera for a more surreal First-person experience.
-Improved the One geared variant's gear behavior, now acts more like a CVT when in Auto gearbox mode, preventing engine stall.​
