- reworked wipers controller - improved performance, wiper movement is a bit smoother now, wipers mode can be toggled when the game is paused, added separate keybind for rear wiper (alt+Y)
- tweaked wipers in some cars to better follow windshield shape
- fixed wipers on Lansdale overlapping with each other
