essentially a 2.0 update. i fixed some of the presets that were exploding when driving such as the "Overkill" moonhawk. Tuned a few others to handle better or have better top speeds, such as the race Vivace. it how tops out closer to 180 instead of 145mph while maintaining the same low end power and handling. Plus, I've now added 38 presets! For a total of 55 configs.
theres a lot of confgis named "wip" or "work in progress". Those ones are just that. ideas i had but didn't fully finish...

Updated the BX mod, and added 2 more configs as well
New LeGrand and Covet configs meant to be analogs to the 850 T-5R and the VW Rabbit respectively. As well as a trail spec Tograc.
