Alpha Arsenic Werks: Config pack add-on Alpha 5.0

Hello! Thank you all for waiting so long for these configs to be updated. A lot of them are largely unchanged since the last updates to the main mod, since not much has been added, but rather changed and improved internally which doesn't affect the need to do new configs.

Quick note: One of the prerequisite mods has changed, This config pack no longer requires funked's tire pack as I have stopped using it (still a great mod I just stopped using it to manage clutter and to ease my headache while making wheels and tires for V+WP) so that should make this mod a little lighter. I did start using Jaime599's tintable mod, so these configs support that mod (https://www.beamng.com/resources/tintable.25766/) but its not required to make these configs drive as intended.

That being said, in the past 4 months the cars have changed a bit as I have used them and worked on parts for them. Small things have been added to them and things like wheel choice and color choice have changed, so here are those changes:
