This mod adds new parts for the 2.6L engine, intakes changing the torque curve, new exhaust reducing the smokiness and a bit of power (like 1-2 PS), 5-speed gearbox with less gear whine and some configurations.

In 1990 Autobello modernized the legendary aircooled inline-6 for more decades of reliable operation. Having so much experience with aircooled engines, they knew their team of engineers will be capable to keep the engine up to date with the competition despite other brands completely switching to water cooling. Buyers of the Stambecco specifically choose it not only for offroad capabilities, but the rugged reliable 2.6 which prove to have unmatched reliability in its class thanks to the absence of a water cooling system. No chance of hoses going loose, endless leaks, and risks of fatal engine damage if a fault goes unnoticed brought peace to the buyers' minds. First modernisation was changing the old carburetor for a single point fuel injection system, ensuring the engine runs optimally without manual adjusting needed with the bonus of a slight power gain. The transmission was overhauled given modern bearings and a double plate casing making the transmission silent and resistant to hits. Next up was a catalyst to allow sales in countries with vehicle emission laws. In 2000 a multi point fuel injection system came up on sale improving efficiency and power. On paper it hasn't changed much, but the low rpm torque was greatly increased compared to the carburetor. In some markets it completely replaced the SPI in favor of strict emission standards, but the SPI remained available in most of the world for many years to come. In Europe the engine wasn't publicly available for too long, but remained in production for special use. In Asia, Africa and South America it remained popular, especially in countries suffering from common natural disasters.

Cons:
- the thumbnails are shiny because my pc has fallen under the minimum requirements and can't run the 0.39 update properly
- the new parts are just custom jbeam, not new models
