Avius Isle 1.021

Update 1.021 includes:
- Corrected files
- Automatic time-play
- Slightly changed the ingame climate
- Adapted spawn locations (and map information)

Texture issues should be fixed now.

Also added reverb sound effect in the tunnel, lowered the hydrants, removed some ugly concrete gates and due to further unsolved issues one industrial building was removed as well as some boats.

Please keep in mind that there are still many flaws like those orange boats, overcrowded vegetation, unsmooth coast etc. I just don't have the energy to get it done.

What I might do sometime in the not so near future is to fix everything said above ^^ and to...
