Outdated [AWAITING FIX] Gavril Grand Marshal Sledgehammer 1.1

- Working glowing gauges are now available, credits to @IcedRoad 's help on the glowmap addition



- The exhaust headers are now integrated to each of the intake slots so no worrying on having to change the header slots
- Made the NA intake pipes a bit bigger than before
- Put the vehicle controller line to the frame file in case if there's no one reporting this issue
