Decided that it was time to update one of my first mods so here it is, an updated version of the Bullitt movie car configuration mod. This time around I've made some skins so that these cars appear a little bit closer to their counterparts in the movie. I don't know how to do any 3D modeling so what I've done here is only "skin-deep", i.e. don't expect any custom parts or a whole new body. I was at least able to create a custom UV file for the charger so that the vinyl top is less shiny than the body. So yeah, it's still a Barstow, but the cars at least look different enough from each other now that it should make for a more interesting chase recreation. This mod should go great with the upcoming West Coast map we've all been looking forward to, can't wait to jump these cars over those San Fran hills!
Be sure to also download one of the California license plate mods to go with this for more authenticity. I'm using casherpd's plate mod in the preview pics but I think there are others that include the 60s Cali plates now also. The Mustang's plate number is JJZ 109 and the Charger's is RDR 838.

Installation: Easy. Drop the zip into your mods folder, typically located here...
That's it! These presets will then show up under the Barstow in the vehicle selector.
Notes: If you have my old Bullitt mod installed on your game then be sure to delete that old one as having the two installed at the same time may cause the mod to not work. If the car is white and has no skin when you spawn it this is usually caused by a conflict with another mod for the same car. Also, don't forget to clear your cache with every BeamNG Drive update! Lots of potential problems/conflicts can crop up by running the game with the old cache still in place.
