Alpha Bastion Typhoon - electric GT muscle car based on eBastion 1.12 Trackbusing update

- Added a set of adaptive sway bars for the Track Pack + a new drive mode exclusive to this model.
- Mild electronics and suspension retune. All cars now handle better than ever.

- Brake lights now come on when using regenerative braking;
- Suspension kinematics of the Luxe model improved;
- A couple of ESC values corrected.

- Added the Luxe model;
- Added adaptive shocks for both Luxe and GT models;
- Gear shift logic file was ditched in favor of a 98% stock BeamNG one. Regenerative braking is both more effective and more realistic now (if you prefer how the car behaved before the update swap the ECU for "Stock AWD ECU";
- New drivemode logic.

Yep, turns out BeamNG is a better file compressing app than a dedicated one.
