Beam Advisor 1.3.0

• Added speed limit support - thanks to help from Zeit for the Lua!
  • Speed limit is now shown on your GPS/navigation tab in the top left corner in your chosen speed display unit, and can be shown in either ETS2 style, ATS style or actual US style
  • Speed display will gradually change to a red color if you go over the speed limit: light red if you go 1-3 over, medium red if you go 4-9 over, and dark red if you 10 or more over.
  • All fully configurable: enable/disable the speed limit being shown, enable/disable the speed display changing color if you exceed the limit, and pick between ETS2/ATS/actual US style speed limit signs
• Adjusted the transparency of the UI, so if you right click twice and hide the UI, you can now right click anywhere within the area it inhabits to bring it back. The 'transparent bar' is also less transparent as well, to make it clear that it is hidden.
• Changed how in-vehicle detection works, to now rely on gears. Beam Advisor will finally work in electric vehicles and reliably hide if you aren't in a vehicle (thanks again to Zeit)
• Performance enhancements in DTE calculation to possibly fix strange DTE values (thanks to rotated)
• Various changes in the JS and CSS to tidy it up
• [Bug Fix] Changing tab, then reloading the UI with F5 would not save your last active tab
• [Bug Fix] Exiting a vehicle would producer a "toFixed undefined" error
