Beam Advisor 1.3.0

• Added the ability to resize the UI app freely (default size is 600x450)
• Added "low space mode" as an option, which reduces padding and font size of elements for smaller screens or if the UI is being resized to a small size)
• Added the ability to enable/disable messages playing the "ping" alert sound
• Added the ability to individually enable/disable specific messages from showing at all (park brake on, damage, fuel 10%, fuel 5%, and out of fuel warnings)
• Small UI changes to be closer to Route Advisor's modern look
• Removed some unused variables and tidied up some code/comments
• CSS was updated to make use of less inline styling and more classes
• [Bug Fix] Messages would not return you to your last tab once they time out/are dismissed, and instead stayed on the Messages tab
• [Bug Fix] Red colour applied to damage (at >40%) and fuel (at <10%) labels was not reset back to white when the values went back below the thresholds (ie. regenerating your vehicle)
• [Bug Fix] Out of fuel alert wasn't using it's own warning ID, which caused issues with the 10% fuel warning

Thank you to everyone so far for all your kind reviews, ideas and bug reports. I've got through some of them (namely the resizing issue) and am releasing it now so that gets through as early as possible. Hope you enjoy the new update (and hopefully it doesn't introduce more bugs!)
