Outdated Beast Coast Crawling 1.3

Changed the pickup from having 3.55 ratio final drive to adjustable final drive, and added a barrier to prevent cheesing one of the checkpoints.

Added the last two courses to the mod, and fixed the third scenario finishing one checkpoint too early.

Two more scenarios have been added, one of them easier than first one, and other one more difficult and challenging.
