New Content

- Added the following liveries for 3 pre-existing agencies:
BCSO - Gavril T-Series (Aviation Unit), Gavril MD-Series (Type-C Prison Bus), MTL Firetruck (SWAT)
BCEMS - Gavril MD-Series (Bariatric Ambulance)
BCFD - Gavril D45 (Rescue 3), Gavril T-Series (Fleet 4 & USAR), Gavril D35 (Lifeguard), Bruckell Nine (Heritage Unit), Ibishu Pessima (PIO Vehicle), Gavril MD-Series (Command Center)

- Added a regular cab version of the BCSO MD-Series skin
- Added a BCSO MD70 Cargo Box config

Fixes & Improvements

- Revamped Utility 3 into a Foam Unit
- Added reverse lights to T-Series configs that didn't have them
- Removed the USAR Dryvan and reverted Semi 1 back to it's 1.13 version
- Added capped front wheels to the wrecker configs
- Removed unwanted pintle hitches in some MD-Series and T-Series configs
- Added "Medical Director" lettering on the BCEMS Landscaper
- Removed all BCCD content
- Other additional changes
