    BCPD Supervisor - Bruckell Bastion, Gavril GM & Roamer
    BCSO Supervisor - Gavril Roamer & Grand Marshal
    BCPD Canine - Gavril Roamer, Bruckell Bastion
    BCSO Canine - Bruckell Bastion
    BCFD Brush 7 - Ibishu Hopper

    - Temporarily removed BC Transit
    - Removed the "Choose Your Ride" config & livery
    - Added custom license plates for BCPD, BCSO, BCFD, and BCMS
    - Removed BCSO Experimental Tech Division
