Added the following liveries for 1 new and pre-existing services:
BC Transit - Wentward DT40L
BCMS Special Operations - Enclosed Cargo Trailer & Bell 407
- Redid all of the vehicle thumbnails
- Added 2 custom license plates for commercial vehicles (BCTA, BCPW and WC Cab Co.) and H-Series Coroner
- Added a Tow Hitch to the BCMS Type II Ambulance (to connect with the Special Ops enclosed trailer)
- "California License Plate Pack" is no longer a required mod
