Added the following liveries for 1 remastered and 2 pre-existing services:
Belasco City PD - Hirochi Sunburst, etc.
West Coast DOT - Ibishu Pessima (2nd Gen)
West Coast Cab Co. - Gavril Vertex
- Removed the BCSO Prisoner Transport van
- Removed the BCPD FCV Config (Cherrier Émoussé is no longer a required mod)
- Added a transit-oriented WC State plate (available on the BCTA DT40L configs)
- Custom license plates can now be used in @Agent_Y's Universal Dummy mod (it's not a required mod, but it is an add-on, suitable for people like @BNG-FUN)
- Other changes & improvements
