    The layout is 11-11 (where 1 is any number). They include custom numbers.
    (You may also spot the pretty obvious reference :p )

    good but why is the kei plate shown on a pickup truck the exact opposite of a kei car.

      They are all shown on the default pickup - you are meant to look at the plate, not the vehicle.
