Beta Bitron B2 0.2.4

Big changes:

- tweak the jbeam body to be less hatch-y
- Use Jbeam new feature "deformLimit" from 0.10

- display cruise control informations(only after 0.9.1)
- middle screen can display trip distance, instant fuel consuption, average speed and average consuption
- display failure for engine and ESP/ABS
- Radial menu integration
- warning message on dashboard if the mods become incompatible
- Antenna
- Spare wheel
- new Gauges for the new engines (diesel and sport)
- gauge can display above 199 using weird combinaison
- fixed bug where 10 is displayed as 1 on the dashboard
- fix Polish translation (thanks to @veyron730 )
- fix ABS not working and locking rear wheels
- changes I forgot because it took to much time
