Blackpool Superlite 3.01

I am giving the Blackpool Superlite a HIGH QUALITY rating. The suspension is the best part—it moves really smoothly while you drive and looks very realistic. Also, don't worry about the Required mod the Race parts mod is just for extra racing parts, the car works fine without it!

It comes with 27 configurations, including everything from Street-tuned and Drift to Off-road and Rally. My favorite is the Superlite config because it’s the smallest and lightest version with a fun 1.3L engine. The only downside is the engine is basically never breaks, but the mod is still a must-download for the handling.

i LOVE caterhams, theyre just small, look good and have a bit of power. so this mod is perfect for me! 10/10 would recommend. one thing tho: could you add the caterham that james may drove in one of the grand tour episodes? would be awesome

I wish it had lighter engine options. I want thinner tires too but it's great to drive around the Nürburgring.

Good mod in terms of the content that IS there. However, being a classic car nut I would've highly appreciated the original Blackpool/Caterham, in the game lore it wouldn't even have to be a derivative model of a Lotus

So, there's just a couple things to mention.

First off, I'd give ABOVE a five out of five if possible, solely just from how fun the car is alone. But the only minor criticism? I think you should add some lore with it, including the original Blackpool car, or whatnot, from nearly seven decades past. Also, the actual Caterham 620R was supercharged, not turbocharged, just letting you know that (although fortunately, the turbo lag on the 300 HP version is almost nonexistent anyway).

Otherwise, phenomenal mod.

easily top-3 most fun i had in a mod car! great job. i second the rating mentioning too weak headlights tho.

Excellent quality mod. I think the interior could use a bit more texturing or detail as it feels a bit bare, and not in a good way, but that nitpick is not enough for it to not qualify as "excellent"!

Also after trying it a bit more, I think the bodywork is a little too stiff and doesn't crumple enough!

My only complaint was the headlights and now that's been updated! Solid 5/5, amazing mod

Beautiful mod, and very powerful and nimble vehicle! Just wondering if you're going to add JorgePinto's rear yellow plates for the car, since it's based on a British sports car, after all.

Possibly a buggy variant (4X4 drivetrain)?? I love to go offroad in Beamng and push some cars to their limits and this is definitely one of those cars that can be pushed more

Yes this is a great mod, very detailed, lots of fun blah blah. Thats not really what I want to talk about. This silly mod of a silly car combined with a Logitech G29 and a VR Headset made me fall in love with driving again. Holy crap.

Amazing mod, my only issues are the horrible headlights (should probably update to the new halogen system) and the force feedback vibrating a lot when steering
