Experimental Blkfxx's D-series parts 1.2.5

Bobbed beds, frames, cut fenders and other offroad parts

  1. Blkfxx
Parts I've mostly modded/made for myself but I thought I'd share them here.

Bobbed beds for the D-Series with frames to match

    Roll pan to suit

(can see the tub lines don't work right)

High clearance rad support. Cut valance (which I later realised the prerunner already has)

Stainless snorkel (2 visual options, clean and coloured welds)

2 Options for cut front fenders (including facelift)
Large cut for a ~38" tyre
Larger cut for a ~42" tyre with diff pushed forward

2 Front bumper options, one is moreorless just the beamng plate bumper scaled down to be less bulky and the High clearance one shown below (suits single headlight, cut grill (included))

**UV mapping on body parts isn't great, so most skins will likely looked scuffed and I'm not sure on how to improve it while keeping bodylines (mainly on the bed)***

The bobbed beds are great, couldn't help but notice the mudflaps in some of the pictures... Are these in the mod or coming soon?

Coming soon, when I have the motivation to fix them. Currently they only suit my bed and frames but I'd like to add the options for stock bed/frame

Very nice! Anyone reading this, I recommend using it with that HMMWV wheel pack, they fit VERY nicely together.

Minor issue: when using the extended frame, the only option for the bed is the short bed, but the game still treats it like the long bed, if that makes sense. When adding the HF antennae and taillight guards, they float in the air behind the truck as if they were attached to the long bed. Also I can't seem to find fender flares for the bed, though that may be my own failure to look well enough, I'll have to check again.

I know this is something you just learned how to do and it's like the tiniest of complaints, otherwise this looks fantastic. Hope to see new stuff from you man, a Roamer version would be great.

      Appreciate the feedback!

Adjusting the taillight guards and accessories was a total oversight, apologies.
Simple fix with the node move in the jbeam if you know what you're looking at but I'll have it fixed up for next update.

I haven't made rear flares yet, which is why you couldn't find them
