Bluff Bash Ultra 4 1.76

Lot of course tweaks here, after running one test race I learned some stuff.

Added a second option all the way down to the bottom of the rock hill to break traffic up



Tweaked one of the hills coming down the sand out of the short course, as well as the stendo part to the beach, should be much more first person friendly now.


Smoothed some other rocks to make lines more viable, got rid of the honesty wall chicane and replaced it with some slightly more generous honesty rocks. Some other honesty rocks moved a bit to go with the fixed gps roads, so now its easier in first person.
