Experimental Boat addon for Wydra 1.0

Literally incontrollable in water, always flips upside down. The second configuration with pontoons is more stable but only travels at 10 km/h, not that much of a difference compared to the 2 km/h of the vanilla Wydra.

I wish it was more destructible

but the max speed is just 33km/h, any more and the prop breaks (i'd love to make a crazy fast version, but as it is now i can't)
