Outdated Brittle Rock Island 3.0

• In the efforts to make the maps easier to mange, I have removed the low vegetation map in favor for the high vegetation version. Now there is only one map called 'Brittle Rock Island'.
• Added 3 scenarios, Locate & Apprehend, Rapid Response, and Destroy the Covet
• Added 4 time trials
• Reworked file structure
• Removed many misplaced sound effects
• Added sound effects for lakes
• Removed the tree easter egg
• Fixed the license plate
• Changed the cloud coverage, and height
• Added more vegetation
• Tweaked the wind
• Added a very light wind sound

Known issues

• In time trial, the map does show the preview pictures. Not sure why this is, so I'll continue to investigate.
