This update includes more transmission gear-count options, a set of new limited-locking differentials, a new even higher turbocharger, and as promised the slightly grippier tires.
This update also includes several smaller fixes and changes to make added parts function a bit better. The transmission is better at cruising, worse at holding a gear with small throttle changes (haven't worked out how to reduce the urge to jump 3 or 4 gears down).
