That's odd, all you should have to do is drop the zip file into the mods folder in order to get it to work. You probably already know this but your mods folder is typically found here- C:\Users\Owner\Documents\BeamNG.drive\mods.

If you've got the zip dropped in the right place the only reasons I can think of that may prevent this from working would be that there is something going on with your BeamNG drive installation or that you have another mod for the Burnside installed that is somehow conflicting with this one. I hope you can get it working!
