Description
"Made from 1949-1953, the Burnside Aerocoupe Special is a notable car in the Burnside brand's history. Serving as the predecessor to the Burnside Aerocoupe, this model played a key role in shaping the design and performance standards that would later define the Aerocoupe. The Aerocoupe Special also marked the beginning of another iconic vehicle, the Burnside Special, paving the way for its development. The Aerocoupe Special is recognized for its unique styling and engineering, setting the foundation for these important vehicles in Burnside's lineup.

This Model is equipped with a 334 CUI Inline 8 engine nicknamed, "Bullet-Thrust". This was to be the replacement engine of the Burnside Aerocoupe during its production, but was later changed to be placed in their prototype, the Aerocoupe Special. Originally called "The Bullet Motor", many of the production teams and staff from Burnside (During the time of 1951) noticed the similarities in power as the 1953 model with its 423 CUI "Megathrust" V8 package, hence the given name "Bullet-Thrust" for the I8.

Although the Aerocoupe Special seized production after the unveiling of the Burnside Special, it was said to be the most iconic production vehicle to be made from the Burnside Brand and to this day is still a rare piece of history of Burnside."


This mod features new variants to the Burnside Special that takes the history of the Burnside brand a little bit deeper!
