• Add Coupe Body Type 2, this body has no rear quarter windows

Very minor UV adjustments to the coupe body.

Just found out the coupe body's missing the windshield and the rear glass.

• Adds "Windshield" slot
• Adds "Backlight" slot

• Matching 0.16 Node Beam Settings
• Add "Shift Light" slot

• Add a little more details to the taillights

• Add an alternative stock grille "Grille Special" with 3 grille options similar to the Grille Super's
  
• Fix - "Cut Hood Super" displaying a black texture caused by miss matched UVs
