Cardinal Maelstrom (or Maelstrom by Cardinal) is based on the Ibishu BX platform (USDM liftback with popup lights), which focuses on the V8 aspect and especially the interior upgrades (mulled from the ETK) featuring high-end navigation screen, climate control and high-end radio system. It also features advanced electronic stability systems and of course a digital center cluster that will effectively replaces the older gauges. Last but not least it features a true dual exhaust system (with two different tip options for high performance sport exhaust option only) and a set of its own lettering scheme. It has NA, supercharged and twin-turbocharged aspiration types for the engine, and a special durable 7.0L V8 from Gavril D-Series can be requested as well (NA and twin-turbo only). Not to mention there are upgraded shifters as well as enlarged brakes (red, yellow and blue) of either vented or carbon-ceramic.

    Interior (LHD only), features:
    - Digidash center screen
    - Custom "Maelstrom By Cardinal" Digidash branding

    - ETK-based mode selector (mesh only)
    - ETK-based radio and climate control (mesh only)
    - ETK-based automatic shifterbase

Note that it is a rebadge and despite it is in the same vehicle slot as the BX-series (parts can be easily transferred and shared between), it functions rather different compared to normal BX. It will also serve as the successor to the outdated Ibishu 200BX 5.0 V8.

    Version: 1.0
Pretty cool, but I think it would be more of a rebadge if the design was changed in some way, as it still looks like any other BX-Series

I agree with the exterior design bit you have mentioned, however the interior sets out a huge difference, like an actual modernized interior.
