    more decal roads, few cosmetic things, made part6 possible as i screw it up on last update. edited some winds and added one or two, umm made few spots more manageable and few spots slightly harder. added signs.

    what's the difference between bounding box and race corners? :D

    Wind triggers updated so it might work with traffic and in multiplayer better than first one. Few decal roads added for testing purposes so i could test with traffic. Big thanks to Ashmaker for providing working code xD
