Wheels are expensive... get hubcaps.

    I think the game needs a set of sporty racing hubcaps for those who cannot afford wheels. So I made them. They go on the 15x7 steel wheels and as far
    as I know that is the only wheel they go on.

    You're wrong. I put them on my own car. They are cool and good and you shouldn't hesitate to download.
