Central Europe Plates 1.3.1

Version 1.3.1 change log:

1. Updated all textures to the newer system (that has been in use on standard EU plates since BeamNG.drive v0.35). Now, license plate models use only two files (DAE for 3D models and JSON for materials) instead of three in previous versions. That ensures that my mod will be compatible with other license plate mods, as all materials are now consistent across all plates.

2. Updated license plate models to reflect changes in v0.37 - plates don't look bent in the middle anymore.

3. Changed identifiers of following license plates to make this mod fully compatible with -Smaen-'s Norwegian Plate Mega Pack:

• Hungarian 1958-1990 30x9 cm front plates: from "30-9" to "300-92"

• Hungarian 1958-1990 23x21 cm double-row plates: from "23-21" to "230-212"

4. Added new license plate designs that were forgotten in the previous mod releases:

• Austria, foreign trailer plates, both 1990-2021 and current (2021-now) designs

• Austria, test plates, 1947-1990

• Germany, interchangeable plates, 2012-now, both Mittelschrift (standard) and Engschrift (narrow) variants

• Poland, small electric plates, 2020-now, for use with 30.5x11.4 cm license plates

• Slovakia, private export plates, 2023-now, for use with 24x15 cm license plates

5. German license plates now have dynamic technical inspection stickers - they're compatible with both FE-Schrift plates and DIN plates. Textures now include 6 colors of stickers with years 2026 to 2031. The date is chosen between 3 and 32 months from now and depends on time (in seconds) of plate generation (1 second = 1 month more, resetting every 30 seconds). Stickers can be rotated to also show the month of technical inspection validity.

6. Some minor fixes, such as:

• Fixed wrong textures on some 1997-2004 Slovak plates - license plates issued in 24x15 cm dimensions now have correct textures also on 30x15 cm (US) plates

• Fixed character placement on Croatian plates with format "ZG*123-A" (with one letter)
