Fixing things that the update broke (Except for the Miramar engine swap for the Nine, next update)
As the title says
I didn't want to just have three fix updates in a row so I've added a little bit of content to the SBR4 and revised a few existing configs

because i forgot to change one texture file and it broke something, have another patch

Minor bug fixes
Fixed glass texture issues on Bastion and Nine when loading either Bolide or Bluebuck
Fixed badge texture issue on Miramar when loading Nine

MIRAMAR
Turbocharger added (3 configs)
I had to also overwrite the default Jbeam for the DOHC engines in order for the header flexbody to not be bound to the engine and instead to the intake so I could have the matching header for the turbocharger model

Added dual racing carburetors to covet 1.3/1.5 and to 200bx race engine
Retuned some configs added last update
Also fixed some old configs that had issues
also added header tips to D series i6 and diesel
