Bug Fixes

-Removed all preset plates on configs.
-Removed preset paint on factory configs
-Revamped USDM parts and configs. (Such as actual USDM taillights, front reflector turn off now when the engine is off, brake flashing thing removed for USDM fixing the mesh of the headlights .
-Fixed duplicate part, no mesh, chmsl prop shooting into the sky.
-Fixed all the tailight props on trunks pointing to the sky.
-CHMSL actually breaks now when the backlight is broken.
-Console cleanup

Thanks a ton to @Hoang Sean for fixing all of the USDM stuff, I am far from experienced in that department lol, so thanks so much!
