Beta ChodSpeed Wheels & Hubcaps Pack 1.3

This is the first proper content update for this mod :0
This update adds some new hubcaps, improves some of the existing ones and also adds a new steelie too.

Asides from the new conadditions I've also gone and improved some of the old ones - some were flat previously so these have now been given a proper curve to better match their irl counterparts and loogenerally look nicer


The mod now also has the proper texture cooker files packed inside the mod so needing to reload on first load to make the materials work shouldn't be required anymore

I've also gone and redone the poli hubcaps as the old ones were pretty terrible model wise and also barely resembled the ones they were meant to. Thanks to Ezo for the references again
