Civetta Scintilla GTB Exhaust And Livery 1.4

- Fixed an issue where the Strada config would fly away after spawning

- Redid the config thumbnails, now that my thumbnail generator is finally working again
- Removed or compressed all images to reduce file size

- Added a non perfomance bumper that can fit the GTB Exhaust (Middle), and a new config to go with it (GTB Strada)

- Added a higher GTB style exhaust that is more in line with the taillights, along with a new bumper for it (Suggested by @yooyoojoonjoon)
- Added an Assetto Fiorano style livery, to complete the 296 GTB look (Suggested by @Needforspeed2005)
- Added regular sized rear license plates for the GTB bumpers (Suggested by @kenjie1027)
