CJD Special Tunes 3.8

Took a while to get everything ready but I got there in the end:

Civetta Scintilla:
- Two new configs
- 4.0L and 5.0L V8 race engines with the usual upgrades
- 6.0L Diesel V8 race engine with the usual upgrades
- 5.2L V10 race engine with the full complement of upgrades
- CJD Dry sump oil pan for all engines
- 7-speed manual/auto/sequential/DCT transmissions
- CJD race ECU's for V8 and V10 engines
- CJD Nitros Oxide injection
- CJD Drive modes with 'Preposterous' and 'Drag' modes
- CJD Race and Drag performance Radiators
- CJD Quick ratio Race steering (tried to make drift work, it didn't)
- CJD Drift brakes with multiple colours
- CJD Active front and rear suspension
- CJD Performance rear spoiler with adjustable downforce
- Grilless performance rear bumper for those chassis mounted wings
- Locking differentials front/rear and transfer case
- CJD Override mod

Other additions/changes:
- Carbon-Ceramic brake pads for normal brake discs
- Tires have been re-balanced to increase traction difference between sizes
- Super sport and Racing slicks for newly added 19x, 20x and 22x wheels (some cars have been changed as a result of this)
- Removed black kodaira wheels
- Some bug fixes and stuff I forgot
