CJD Special Tunes 3.8

I went on a bit of a tear and put engines in cars, specifically:

Pessima (Old)
- 3.0L V6 race engine and associated parts, now standard on CJD Special config.


200BX
- 3.0L I6 race engine and associated parts (model curtesy of the ETK-I), now standard on CJD Special Config.


ETK-I
-1.6L I4 rally engine and associated parts (model curtesy of the 200BX), used in the new CJD Rally Special Config.
-2.0L I4 race engine and associated parts (because how could I leave that out?).
- 5.0L V8 race engine and associated parts, used in the new CJD Drift Special.


ETK-800
- Added CJD Race Rear Differential as a work-around for the currently broken one

I also finally fixed the 5.0L V8 engine texture.
The 1.6L and 2.0L I4 engines also have updated sounds that should sound much better than the ones from before.
