CJD Special Tunes 3.8

Part 1 of the update for the Covet with some new stuff for the Burnside.

Burnside:
- 4-Link rear suspension
- Updated config with new wheels, suspension and engine tuning

Covet:
- 1.4, 1.6 and 2.0L engines for the front and mid engine layouts
- full set of transmissions front and mid
- 3 configs based on the originals (new ones in part 2)
- AWD transfer cases front and mid
- drift brakes front and rear
- radiators and oilcoolers
- Nitros injection system
- quick ratio race and drift steering
- CJD Performance exhaust
- centre lug hub for standard rear suspension

ETK 800/K:
- Updated jbeam for engines and exhaust

Other additons:
- CJD Race ECU now has Idle controller Slot
- Forced induction override now has slots for both turbocharger and supercharger overrides
- 15x10 TIMS kodaira 4-lug wheels
- 15x10 super rally tires
- 18x8/9/10 Alder Rallye wheels
