CJD Special Tunes 3.8

Finally got the last of the stuff for the covet and others finished (I think)

Covet
- 3.0L V6 Race engine (Front) with all the usual parts
- 2.8L V8 Race engine (Mid) with all the usual parts
- New 'Group B Special' config using AWD and 2.8L V8


Burnside
- Added Air suspension and Air ride controller (found under spare tire)
- Added 'Sinister' Headlights
- New 'Sinister Special' Config


LeGran
- 4.2L V8 Race Engine
- Updated 'CJD Special' config with new engine
- New 'Wagon Special' Config
