this version is a complete rebuild from the ground up, the engines, power outputs, tunes, etc. will be the same but much of it will be improved, added to and fixed.

-custom configs for all vehicles, with descriptions, stats and pictures for each
-remade all tires and added new ones
-fixed the FWD/RWD/AWD for the covet,pessima and legran
-race fuel cells for barstow and moonhawk
-stiffened chassis for moonhawk
-350 CUI small-block for burnside (the 427 was a bit too much, still an option though)
-a lot of new race parts for the pigeon including tires,suspension,steering,differential,brakes and a supercharger
-improved the T-series to stop it setting on fire at high speed
-adjustable down force for boilde, miramar and moonhawk
-AWD race transfer cases for vehicles that didn't have it as a stock option
-6-lug and off road suspension for moonhawk and barstow
-and probably some other stuff i forgot
