V4 Changelog:
Updated to PBR Textures. This should fix the normalMap error caused by the 0.37 updated. Thanks to Top Tier Studios for their help on this issue.
Updated all Thumbnails

Seat textures on Transfort (all variants) and COLT should match the same design as their real-world counterpart! All other skins have a rough average color of their real-world counterpart. More to come in the future!

Updated Transfort 2014 Skin:

• Updated Stickers/Markings (placement, size, design).
• Removed ASCSU sticker as it's not on the real bus number.
• Realigned white stripes, resized grey and green strips at the top and added the curve to the front of the bus.
• USDOT Numbers should all be accurate and, in the right spot.

Added Bike Rack Responsibility Caption on Transfort (all variants)

Updated GET Coloring and changed the Yield sticker to white.

Refreshed COLT Skin

• Fixed City of Loveland Logo being reversed.
• Updated wave colors to be a gradient instead of solid white.
• Added branding to the front.
• Changed the main body color to a more accurate blue.

Added extra Zero to the new RTD skin phone number.

Fixed potential issue with the Colorado Springs Metro skin loading in the default Metro skin.
