This update includes:

• revisited textures on older plates to slightily improve readability and overall quality
• revisited normal maps (every plate has been re-bumpmapped to obtain shallower and more realistic gradients)
• introduced patterns to generated text, I tried to be as accurate as possible even for "specialty" plates
• added a bunch of specialty plates. I thought I wasn't going to do any of them but then quarantine kicked in
• now pre 1957 plates have two rows for text...
