    All my imaginary cars I create for BeamNG are named "Crown". This is a Pure Crown production hatchback.

    The Model 8 - Gen 2020 R Sport
    Not everyone can get their hands on the Crown Model 1 (911'ish) cars so this is the result of a car for the "lower" budget yet extreme in its own way. AWD and 463 HP and 450 NM doing 0-100 km/h in 3.3 s is pretty impressive still.

    As with all cars I make even this one has been tested and tuned for best drivers experiance using a Fanatec high-end steering wheel and CS pedals and shifter with best force feedback experiance in mind.

    Testing and tuning takes place on the Simbin variant of Nordschleife, Automation Test Track handling course, Italy mountain roads and the American Roads area from the American Roads mod.

    Car Setup Tips

    Tires throughout all the testing are set at 21 PSI front and 20 PSI on the rear.

    This car is developed with force feedback steering wheel in mind. No idea how this car drives with keyboard.

    Driving & Operating tips for this car
    Since the car has NO ABS you have to find the threshold given the situation but the brakes are effective and don't usually lock up too easily. The torque has been increased from 400 to 450 NM and re-tuned to a wider power band so it will kick in earlier. Going hard on the turn in and you can throw the car around the corners.

    More gas and you turn in more and if you hesitate the understeer takes over. The car has tons of grip as long as you just turn the front wheels where you want to go and punch it.
