Beta Custom Rally Pacenotes 0.1.8

This update adds the ability to have "wrong way" calls when the driver makes backwards progress. It introduces the concept of a mic id so that different people recording can have their own wrong way calls. In the future I plan to expand this functionality to other general calls like damage or distance readouts.

Features:

• "Wrong Way" callouts.
• When setting playback volume or timing, a top-left message pop up appears.
• "Speed Sensitivity" is more intuitive than "Car Speed Multiplier" - the UI now says this. It is also tuned in 0.1 increments.

Bug fixes:

• The "Volume Down" keybind is now titled "Volume Down" - no more double volume up!
• Resetting in front of hairpins now pause note read-out correctly.
• New rallies not associated with a mission or scenario will correctly update mic server.
• Various error fixes.
