Beta Custom Rally Pacenotes 0.1.8

With version 0.35's vocal pacenotes being teased, this update adds a mute feature for rallies which will already have a built-in voice.

Features:

• New setting and keybind for "Custom Rally Pacenotes Mute". This will only apply as of version 0.35.

Bug Fixes:

• Fixed errant "Unsaved Changes" warning after saving changes.

This update adds the ability to have "wrong way" calls when the driver makes backwards progress. It introduces the concept of a mic id so that different people recording can have their own wrong way calls. In the future I plan to expand this functionality to other general calls like damage or distance readouts.

• "Wrong Way" callouts.
• When setting playback volume or timing, a top-left message pop up appears.

• Reverse stages have their own level identifier, meaning you can record separate notes for them

• Delete button is across all notes, easier to use

• Typing into pacenote names keeps focus (no handbrake on space)

The Pacenotes Editor app will be easier to find in UI -> add apps with the addition of a thumbnail.

Prerecorded pacenotes (hopefully releasing soon as a separate mod) have some volume modifiers in them which this update now supports as a multiplier.

Shows a user-friendly warning instead of a lua error if the mic server can't connect

Switched how the module is loaded so that it loads on startup, meaning you can enter any timetrail directly from the menu and playback should begin if pacenotes are available / recorded.

Also changed the location of pacenotes to a new folder to not cause problems in the art folder.

Remove the poor quality super car rally w/ pacenotes, added pacenotes for Mixed Surface Rlly Stage (free roam only, not scenario)
