Custom Tachometers and Boost Gauges 3.2.1

This update allows you to additionally show/hide the gear shift prompting.

The shift prompt will only show just before the vehicle reaches redline, and this is the same for every vehicle. For some vehicles, this is perfectly fine, however for others this isn't particularly helpful as the optimal shifting point may be long before redline.

My original aim was to improve the shifting prompt itself to address this issue. After quite a bit of investigation it seems that there are many different places to get gearing and engine RPM info within BeamNG. Unfortunately, none of them are actually right for this use case, and they all contradict each other as well .

For now, the shifting prompt will remain as it is, but with this option to hide it if wanted. Further customisability may happen down the line .
