D-Series America Skin 1.21

There were some holes in the texture so that red was showing on the Bruckell Fenders. I also changed the mirror bases to be tertiary again because having them secondary looked bad and I only did it because of UV errors on the vanilla body-colored grille. I think that error may be caused by @AR162B 's D-Series addon as it caused a similar error on the short bed-cover, but I don't know.

I saw a few more things that irritated me about my revised skin, so I re-revised my revisions, or just some of them. I also cleaned up a few things, and ran into a few things I CAN'T clean up...

Got rid of the version string in the .zip title because the repo doesn't like it when the file name changes... lol

Fixed the mirrors and doorhandles to make them less horrible, heavy-duty mirror is still an abomination though... can't fix
