Beta D-Series Configurations, Engines, Intakes, and Transmissions Pack 3.2

-16 new configs
-2 new engines
-4 new intakes
-fixed old engines mounts issue
-fixed I6 Drag (A) description
-2 revised configs
-some configs now have different values for better ordering
-1 new transmission
-I6 engines (gasoline and diesel) have all been modified for more realistic torque curves
-5.7L V8 engine now uses an unused sound added in 0.26
-added "Insanely Heavy Duty Long Block" to the diesel V8 engines
-Late Turbocharger (for I6 engines) has been modified
